Can we live in the property during the renovation?

In some cases, yes. This depends on the extent and phasing of the works. Renovations can be phased around your budget and how much disruption you can accommodate, and we agree the sequence with you before work starts.

Do you manage building control and inspections?

Yes. Building control and inspections are coordinated where required, including for structural work.

Can one contractor manage the whole renovation?

Yes. We manage the entire renovation in the house, coordinating every trade from electricians and plumbers to plasterers and decorators. You have a single point of contact throughout, rather than juggling several firms. This keeps the project on schedule, the quality consistent, and the whole process far simpler for you.
